My Favorite Workout of the Week: Flat Belly Cardio & Arms
My favorite workout of the week series shares a fun workout I did/tried that week. Enjoy!

What you need: 5 lb. – 10 lb. weights
This week, one of my girlfriends and I started with the following 20-minute cardio/standing ab workout twice through.
Then followed it up with three rounds of this arm workout. It only took 10 minutes for this second half, but we could feel it right away!
