Tone It Up Bikini Series 2017: Why It Was So Incredible

I’ve loved Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up for years, and it was perfect timing to finally commit to doing one of their incredible series.

So I signed up for the Bikini Series this spring and rocked out 8 weeks of amazing fitness routines (plus 1 week of slim down) with these amazing trainers.

Simple weekly schedule

Karena and Katrina put together a weekly schedule (whether during the Series or not) and daily workouts to keep things super simple. You always know exactly what’s coming for the week and how long each workout takes, so you can incorporate it into your schedule.

Easy (and delicious) nutrition plan

I didn’t join the nutrition plan until later on in the Series, but it truly is incredible. There are so many yummy and nutritious food options that are also easy to make. (In fact, I often buy a lot of ingredients for most of the recipes anyway, so I didn’t need to completely stock the fridge and pantry from scratch!)

Home workouts that fit into your schedule

One of my (most) favorite parts about the Tone It Up workouts is you can do them all at home! Let me repeat them: you can do them all. at. home! Let’s face it: we’re all crazy busy and even a trip to the gym can take away from time with your family. So by setting aside just 30 – 45 minutes per day to take care of yourself and your body is huge.

Also, you can choose to do workouts any time of day. I’ve done these at 6am, 3pm, 11:30pm, and everywhere in between! I was even able to do them when I was traveling for work!
