As a digital marketer, it\u2019s my job to tell clients how great blogging is. I don\u2019t do it to add more billable hours to a project, but because blogging really is fantastic<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, I\u2019ve talked a lot about how to create content \u2013 from\u00a0how to be a better writer<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0learning how to write for the web<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0creating content your audience will love<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 when you\u2019re having an especially difficult time writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That said, there are a few times when it\u2019s really not the best time to be writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. When you really can\u2019t get over the writer\u2019s block<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Writer\u2019s block happens to the best of us. It\u2019s the nature of the beast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But when you\u2019re hit with writer\u2019s block that you can\u2019t shake, it\u2019s really best to move on to something you\u2019ll be more successful at for the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That means planning out your posts so that you don\u2019t have to be pressure prompted to write at the 11th hour. (Famous last words.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
