With the help of a decent microphone, you don’t need much to get started. All of your audio files will be uploaded to a major podcast directory, like Apple, Google, Spotify, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, you can easily repurpose your content into blogposts, social media, and email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s more: podcasts are the perfect place to interview other experts in your niche to expand both of your networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. WRITE GUEST BLOGPOSTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re looking to build an online following, gather more relevant incoming links, or get more exposure, guest blogposting<\/a> is a great strategy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only can you start collecting email addresses without any other marketing efforts (like a blog or even a website!), but it still has some of the highest conversion rates of any digital marketing efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(For reference, most digital marketing has a healthy 1-2% conversion rate, while email can get you closer to 15%!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to build a successful online business, an email list is key. You’ll be able to touch base with subscribers directly and where they spend their time: their email! And you’ll stay top of mind by consistenly showing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last, but certainly not least, you can engage your audience with social media posts. While social media can be a great way to gain exposure, it’s easy to get overwhelmed, spend too much time, and get caught up in the wrong network(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do your due diligence to find out where your audience likes to hang out and (ultimately) where you can spend more time to engage with your audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can go a step further on social and engage or remarket using ads. Regardless of whether you’re utilizing organic or paid social media, ensure you’re regularly checking your data to create more of the content that’s working and less of what’s not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
