Feedback on your website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re in the process of building a new website or thinking about rebuilding, take this opportunity to ask those who will be using your site what they\u2019d like to see.&nbsp;Ask your audience what they like and what could be improved in order to create an even more robust design and user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember that you\u2019re not going to be able to please\u00a0<em>everyone<\/em>. Content &amp; SEO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever we start a new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nickiong.com\/simplesprout\/our-services\/\">SEO project for a client<\/a>, we always ask what their top keywords are. While we recommend everyone consults with their customers to do this, most\u00a0(admittedly) do not. After all, as the business owner, you know your industry best, right? Not always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You see, the keywords&nbsp;your customers use and content they are searching for varies greatly from what you, as the business owner, would look for.&nbsp;This is a quick and easy thing to do. Simply ask \u201cwhat would you search for on Google if you were looking for a business like ours?\u201d or \u201cwhat kind of content could we provide on our blog or email newsletter that would be of help to you?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like all business should be: the customer comes first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>3. Customer reviews<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a no-brainer, but something that businesses really don\u2019t ask for enough.You obviously need to come to your customers to get reviews, but many businesses get nervous about doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can simply ask: \u201cwill you leave us a review?\u201d The reality? The worst a customer is going to say is \u201cno.\u201d Or take it to the next level.Why not offer them an incentive? 10% off your next purchase if you leave a review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asking for help is tough, but these three instances will help your business grow.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>When have you asked for
