Focus on your customer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It goes without saying that your business website is built for your customer. That means building it and writing the content for them directly. So, when you write, be sure to use more \u201cyou\u2019s\u201d than \u201cI\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>2. Optimize your content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nickiong.com\/simplesprout\/our-services\/\">Search Engine Optimization<\/a>, make sure that you\u2019re getting the best bang for your buck. In other words, incorporate the terms your customers are searching for within your pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async=\"\" data-uid=\"0bb705444b\" src=\"https:\/\/nickiong.ck.page\/0bb705444b\/index.js\"><\/script>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2>3. Get your point across<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With limited attention spans, people aren\u2019t going to spend much time on your site unless you capture their attention. That means: say what you need to say in order to get your point across, without\u00a0over doing it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your content starts to go too far over 5o0 words, consider creating an additional page. (The best rule of thumb is 300 \u2013 500 words per page.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>4. Break up your content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we all have short attention spans online, it\u2019s important to break up your content with plenty of headers, bold\/italicized phrases, links, and numbered or bulleted lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>5. Don\u2019t forget a call-to-action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least, finish with what your users should do next. Whether it\u2019s picking up the phone or filling out a contact form, help your users make the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group wp-block-post-footer\"><div
