There are a ton of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=business+plan+template&amp;oq=business+plan+template\">business plan templates<\/a>&nbsp;out there at your disposable.<\/li><li>Open a bank account for your business (and perhaps get a small business loan while you\u2019re there, if you need one. In which case, you\u2019ll really need that business plan we just talked about.)<\/li><li>Decide on the type of business (Sole&nbsp;Proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, S Corp, C Corp) and register accordingly. Simply Google \u201cregister business [name of your state]\u201d in order to do this.<\/li><li>Learn about the taxes for your type of business.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nolo.com\/legal-encyclopedia\/start-own-business-50-things-30077.html\">This\u00a0guide<\/a>\u00a0has a great section of FAQs under the \u201cDecide on a Legal Structure for Your Business\u201d for step-by-step guides for all of these steps and more!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async=\"\" data-uid=\"9a4e83d7d9\" src=\"https:\/\/nickiong.ck.page\/9a4e83d7d9\/index.js\"><\/script>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Not quite as difficult as choosing a name, but I\u2019ll be the first to admit that this wasn\u2019t my favorite part. I\u2019m not a brilliant accountant, nor am I a lawyer. Lucky for me, though, my Dad has successfully had and held several businesses over his lifetime, so I was able to get his help with a lot of my questions. I also enlisted in the help of an accountant a while back, to get all of my logistic accounting questions answered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My brother was also a saint and did a lot of research here. (And if I can ever get him to, he\u2019ll perhaps write a little on his thoughts around this!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re the same as me, and accounting\/legality simply aren\u2019t your strong suits, then I highly recommend getting the assistance of a knowledgeable friend or professional. It\u2019s well worth the time and money to do things the right way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Step 4, check.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next up?&nbsp;The logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
