I live, work, and breathe on the internet, and yet it continues to amaze me.
Why? Just a few reasons this week alone.
A Dad who acts like Batman becomes a Vine legend.

Let’s be serious. His wife probably wants to smack him every time he makes a video. But the reality? It’s awesome for all us outsiders looking in. Also, from the sounds of it, he’s doing a great job being a parent; he’s disciplining and having fun. Props, Batman, props.

A recent post I wrote got a lot of feedback – good, bad, and indifferent.
And now a little closer to home.
I wrote a post last week that ended up having a lot of conversation on Facebook; which I love. Why? It was intelligent, though provoking conversation about some issues that aren’t easy to talk about.
I truly, utterly, and eternally appreciate feedback and this came in an unexpected way. I also truly and utterly appreciate people putting themselves out there and being completely honest. I got a mixture of both.
And really, that’s why I love the Internet.
It’s a place to be yourself…and sometimes a more confident version of yourself. Nonetheless, it’s meant to be a sounding board where everyone is heard and no one is left to feel like they haven’t spoken.
