3 Quick Summer Updos That Take Less Than 5 Minutes
I live in Florida and that means summertime is toasty.
As a result, I often have my hair up off my neck; but I’m not a ponytail girl, so I like to experiment with fun updos.
Here are 3 quick summer updos that take less than 5 minutes.

1. Headband updo
Take a headband – preferably a headband scarf with elastic in the back – and put over your hair while it’s down.
Wrap your tresses up, around, and under the elastic part of the scarf in the back and voila! Feel free to secure with bobby pins if needed.

2. Knot updo
Split hair into two sections. Tie into knot in back. Continue to knot until you have no more hair left.
From here, tuck in loose strands and pin as is or roll the bun into the head to make it tighter before pinning. Bobby pin any remaining loose strands.

3. Braided updo
Start on one side of your head (opposite from where you part your hair) and start french braiding.
Continue braiding hair all the way to the end and tie with an elastic. Take braid and loop around into a bun and pin to secure. Bobby pin any stray hairs.
