Start with what you wear<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve always found that much of my attitude comes from what I\u2019m wearing. So help yourself by wearing clothes that easily go from working daytime to gym-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>2. Keep a schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only should you set an alarm in the morning and get up at a decent time, but also keep a healthy schedule of getting up and going to the fridge. Set your alarm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Set your alarm for every hour. When the alarm goes off, get up and move in some way. Whether it\u2019s a quick walk down the street with the dog, 25 squats or jumping jacks, some sit-ups and push ups, or whatever works for you, it\u2019s important to get up and&nbsp;<em>move<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>4. Plan healthy meals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This one goes without saying. Use working from home to your advantage: instead of snacking, take your time making a healthy breakfast and lunch. That means planning in advance: stock up on healthy foods at the grocery store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>5. Create a home gym<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting up and moving every hour is great, but getting some true exercise time in at the gym or by going for run will help keep you overall fitness in check. It\u2019s easy to get bogged down by working from home and force yourself to get out of the house, so bring the gym to you.
