Boom, done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That way, the day we\u2019re ready to make it, I can thaw (if necessary), dump in the Crockpot or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2D9TX6u\">Instant Pot<\/a>, and VOILA!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turns out, if you\u2019re Pinteresting or Googling, you want to look for \u201cfreezer dump\u201d or \u201cno pre-cook freezer meals\u201d instead of just plain \u201cfreezer meals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Finding a&nbsp;<em>complete<\/em>&nbsp;frozen meal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I was also looking for&nbsp;<em>full meals<\/em>, rather than one part of a meal. In other words, I wanted to be able to cook an entire meal in my&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2D9TX6u\">Instant Pot<\/a>&nbsp;(or Crockpot) and not have to worry about having the protein done, but still have to cook some veggies in the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is also a big ask, apparently. (That seemed to be less of a keyword issue and more of a searching through tons of recipes issue!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async data-uid=\"761f21454b\" src=\"https:\/\/nickiong.ck.page\/761f21454b\/index.js\"><\/script>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2>Get organized, shop, and assemble<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So when I finalized the list of recipes I wanted to make, I found there was a&nbsp;<em>lot&nbsp;<\/em>of overlap in ingredients, which was great! That meant I could buy ingredients in bulk.&nbsp;<em>(Note: almost all meals below use chicken or turkey \u2013 as I don\u2019t eat red meat.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The best part about these freezer dump meals?<\/strong>&nbsp;Once I got home from grocery shopping, it took about an hour and a half to write the final cook details on the freezer bags and assemble them! (WOOHOO!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now let\u2019s get to the recipes, shall we?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>BONUS: Freeze your leftovers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Today we\u2019re starting with the bonus content! Woot woot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t know why it took me so long to figure it out, but during my nesting phase(s), I cooked a whole bunch of food. We ate most of it, but ended up wasting some because I made so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I realized after a while that it would benefit us if I froze some. (Duh!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So after a few days, I would assess how much would be left and then freeze a solid portion of our leftovers. Now we have meals that I&nbsp;<em>have<\/em>&nbsp;precooked, we\u2019ll just need to defrost and then heat up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re earlier on in your pregnancy (I\u2019m not planning on cooking in bulk this close to my due date!),&nbsp;<strong>I highly recommend making this a habit<\/strong>. That way, you\u2019re getting meal(s), a frozen meal(s),&nbsp;<em>and<\/em>&nbsp;not wasting food!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Breakfast<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
